New non-stop flight to Manchester

Old Trafford, Manchester. Photo by André Zahn
Norwegian football fans may now rejoice, as from October they can fly non-stop to Old Trafford.

Great breaking news for Norwegian football nuts. Norwegian Air Shuttle will start non-stop flights from Oslo to Manchester from October 2011. There will be three weekly flights, on Monday, Wednesdays and Friday, giving easier access to Premier League for Norwegian fans.
For those of you (including me), that would rather watch paint dry, than watching this peculiar sport, may visit Industrial war museum, Museum of science and Industry or if you traveling with a footballer, The  Manchester United museum. While you're there, you may take a pint as well.

Crew offered a good selection of hot and cold beverages, snacks, and foods for sale, as well as a limited selection of duty free goods. Comfort on both flights was good, with good space to the seat in front of you. The crew provided very good service to passengers on board.

Departure and arrivals on both flights were delayed with up to one hour. This due to late arriving flight to Oslo Airport June 9th and lost slot on Geneva Airport June 12th.
