Enjoy Food & Travel spring break 2010

The Enjoy Food & Travel staff is trying to publish one new story every day. May 10th to May 17th we will take a well deserved break.

This spring break will be spent at our beautiful country home on the South Eastern coast of Norway, visited during most weekend from March to November. This place provides peace and inspiration to endure a busy life in the Norwegian capital.

Here we may work in the garden, sit down with a book, cook and go for a walk along secluded country roads. Enjoying the gentle art of doing as little as possible.

In this period you have to settle for a new story every second day. Here are however a few stories from my country home and area around it.
