Tapas - great food for an evening around the table

This quiche is made with shrimps and broccoli. But a good quiche can be made with what you have in your refrigerator. The traditional Quiche Lorraine with ham and if you add onion you end up with a quiche Alsacienne. Or you use bacon, chicken, or make a vegetarian pie.

Serve with a green salad!
